1. Services Provided

EasyAssist Mansfield Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming in Mansfield, TX and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our professional assessment of safety and feasibility.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Free quotes are provided based on site inspection and assessment. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from the initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make every effort to meet scheduled appointments but cannot guarantee specific dates due to weather dependencies and emergency service calls.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a service fee.

4. Property Access and Preparation

Clients must provide clear access to work areas and remove any obstacles that may interfere with our equipment or operations. This includes vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other movable items.

Underground utilities must be marked by the appropriate utility company before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities.

5. Liability and Insurance

EasyAssist Mansfield Tree Services carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage caused by natural tree failures, pre-existing conditions not disclosed during assessment, or conditions beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any special concerns, including nearby structures, buried utilities, septic systems, or sensitive landscaping.

6. Permits and Regulations

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities for tree removal or related services. We can provide guidance on permit requirements but obtaining permits is the property owner's responsibility.

7. Wood and Debris Removal

Standard services include cutting trees to ground level and removing debris from the work area unless otherwise specified in the quote. Additional services such as log splitting, wood hauling, or stump grinding may be available at additional cost.

8. Warranty and Guarantee

We guarantee all work to be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss resolution.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
